Custom Shirts for Clubs, Crews and Small Businesses

Every few weeks someone messages us with a version of the same thing. They have got a club, or a crew, or a little business, and they want shirts. Then they say the bit that always follows: "but I only need about eight of them, is that even worth your time?"

Yes. Eight is fine. So is one.

Why the minimum order thing exists everywhere else

Most shops that quote you shirts are screen printing. That means burning a separate screen for every colour in your logo before a single shirt gets made. All that setup costs the same whether you order ten or five hundred, so they spread it across a big order and tell you the minimum is fifty. It is not them being difficult, it is just how the process works.

We run a DTF press, so there is no setup to spread. Your design goes onto film and then onto the shirt. Ten shirts, ten shirts worth of work. That is the whole reason we can take small jobs.

Who we end up printing for

4WD clubs wanting something for a trip away. Landscaping and trade crews who need their name on a back. Cafes and little shops doing a run for staff. Sporting teams. Family reunions. A bloke who wanted twelve shirts for his old man's sixtieth with a photo of the ute on them.

None of those are big orders. All of them were worth doing.

What we need from you

The artwork

Send us the best quality version you have got. A logo file from whoever designed it is ideal. A photo of a business card is not going to cut it, and we will tell you straight away rather than print something that looks rough.

If you are generating artwork yourself, ask for the biggest size the tool will give you. A print that goes 30cm across a back needs a lot more pixels than something that looks fine on a phone screen. This is the single most common reason a design comes back looking soft, and it is fixable before we print, not after.

It has to be yours

We can only print artwork you own or have permission to use. Brand logos, sporting club marks, movie and band artwork, we have to say no. Not being precious, it is just not ours to print.

Placement

Tell us where you want it. The usual setup is a large print across the back and a small matching one on the front left chest. Front only works fine too. Back print goes up to about 30cm by 30cm.

Sizes

Give us the size breakdown. Our tees run S to 3XL in the same 180 GSM combed cotton blank we use for our own gear, so it is a proper shirt, not a throwaway.

How long it takes

Once the artwork is sorted and you are happy with it, we press and post within one to seven business days. Small orders usually go a lot quicker than that. If you have got a hard deadline, a trip, an event, a market, tell us up front and we will tell you honestly whether we can hit it.

What else we can print on

Tees are the bulk of it, but the same press does jumpers and hoodies for the colder end of the year. If you want something specific, ask.
