Most orders are made and shipped the next business day. If we’re flat out, allow up to 7 business days.
If there’s a delay, we’ll let you know.
Shipping
All orders are sent via Australia Post.
Delivery times depend on your location and any current AusPost delays.
Standard delivery is usually 5–7 business days after tracking is issued.
Postage Costs

Flat rate starts at $17 using Australia Post satchels (under 5kg)

Heavier orders get calculated based on your postcode

We ship to any Australian address or PO Box.
International? Contact us first for shipping costs and timing.
Check Your Address
Make sure your mailing address is correct.
If it’s wrong and the item gets lost, a replacement is at your cost.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once shipped, you’ll get a tracking email. If it’s not in your inbox, check your junk folder. if you only left phone number you might have to contact us.
After tracking is sent, it’s on you to follow up with AusPost.
Didn’t Get Your Order?
If it’s been more than 10 days since your tracking email and your order hasn’t arrived, contact us at dustdupco@outlook.com with your name and order number.
We’ll look into it, but keep in mind once it’s shipped and in your name, Australia Post is your best bet for updates.
Returns & Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, both for sending and for any returns.
