Made to order
Most orders are made and shipped the next business day. If we're flat out, allow up to 7 business days. If there's a delay, we'll let you know.
Shipping
All orders are sent via Australia Post. Delivery times depend on your location and any current AusPost delays.
- Standard — $8.95, usually 2 to 8 business days
- Express — $12.00, usually 1 to 4 business days
- Free standard shipping on orders $150 and over
Final shipping costs and options show at checkout.
Where we ship
Australia only. We post to any Australian address or PO Box. We don't ship overseas.
Check your address
Make sure your mailing address is correct. If it's wrong and the item gets lost, a replacement is at your cost.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 7 business days, not counting weekends and public holidays.
Once it's shipped you'll get a tracking email. If it's not in your inbox, check your junk folder. If you only left a phone number you might need to contact us. After tracking is sent, follow-up is with AusPost.
Didn't get your order?
If it's been more than 10 days since your tracking email and your order hasn't arrived, email dustdupco@outlook.com with your name and order number. We'll look into it, but once it's shipped and in your name, Australia Post is your best bet for updates.
Returns & shipping costs
Shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, both for sending and for any returns.
