Custom Orders
Custom orders can’t be returned if you got the size, colour or details wrong. If there’s a fault on our end, we’ll replace it. No refunds No refunds. No store credit.

We pack every order on video. If your item shows up damaged but was fine when it left, we’ll investigate with AusPost
To Return Something:

Must be unused

Must be in original packaging

Return must start within 7 days of delivery (not when you open it)

You must provide tracking

If your return doesn’t meet these terms, it won’t be accepted. We’ll let you know.
Use tracked shipping. If it goes missing or gets damaged coming back, that’s between you and AusPost. Not us.

No exchanges on custom items (this includes made to order).
